We have the following volunteer opportunities.  Please check off those for which you would like to be contacted:   (Don’t hesitate to check as many as you’d like!)

____    Mailing “parties” - usually weekday mornings - scheduled as needed

____ Wildlife habitat management activities - clearing stone walls and trail maintenance at our 107-acre Guyette Farm in Plainfield.  Ongoing.

_____   Workshops/Hikes — multiple dates throughout 2012

_____    Annual Member’s Potluck Picnic— date to be determined

____    Set up of tables and chairs

____    Breakdown/cleanup 

____    D2R2 – Deerfield Dirt Road Randonnée – August 18th

____    Working at checkpoints—assisting riders with water and food

____    Early morning registration for D2R2 (5:00 am to 10:00 am)

____    Rider/camper check-in from 3:00 pm until 10:00 pm Friday evening August 20th

____    Setup on Thursday, August 16^th. 

____    Early registration Friday, August 17^th. 

____    Clean up on Sunday, August 19^nd.
