Get a preview of the trails and see the habitat improvements that FLT has made to this old farm. You’ll learn about how this land is providing critical
habitat for fish and birds. Come prepared for walking on rough terrain. Meet at a pull-off at roughly 112 West Branch Rd. in Heath.

 

Mary and Elmer Conservation Area Dedication

Saturday, July 30th, 10 AM

Join FLT and John and Martha McDonough to celebrate the gift of this 20-acre woodlot to honor the conservation ethic of Martha’s parents, Mary and
Elmer Sherman. The land is open to the public for hiking, hunting, and wildlife observation. Remarks followed by a brief walk.
