Giving Tuesday 2025

The Franklin Land Trust was established in 1987 to save a small farm in Ashfield Massachusetts, and since then we have dedicated ourselves to protecting the agricultural landscapes that define our region. Conserving farms supports wildlife, open vistas, and a sustainable relationship with the ground beneath our feet. We believe communities are made stronger when the distance between grower and eater is short.

Giving Tuesday is a worldwide movement that celebrates generosity and kindness. Giving Tuesday transcends boundaries and beliefs, to unite people around the common goal of giving back to our communities, and our planet.

This year we have a $20,000 matching gift, effectively doubling your donation dollar for dollar. 

On Giving Tuesday and throughout the year, your donation to the Franklin Land Trust supports our vital work of protecting and stewarding land in our region. Your gift strengthens local food systems, as well as protecting forests and water resources.

Together we can make a difference for the things that matter most to us: our community, our access to healthy local food, clean water, and open spaces and our connection to the natural world.
