Giving Tuesday 2026

There’s often a lot to worry about in our line of work. The conservation and management of the landscape that surrounds us sometimes seems overwhelming - climate change, invasive species, development pressure; all are real challenges to our efforts.

But recently, we’ve been feeling hopeful. Hopeful that we are seeing a change in course. Hopeful for the future of the land. Leaning into this optimistic outlook is refreshing, and gives us even more motivation.

Conservation can’t happen without a strong community. Collaboration, cooperation, and a common commitment to preserving the shared landscape we all love is the underpinning of everything we do, and the key to every success. We couldn’t be more grateful to have your support.

Giving Tuesday is a worldwide movement that celebrates generosity and kindness. Giving Tuesday transcends boundaries and beliefs, to unite people around the common goal of giving back to our communities, and our planet. On Giving Tuesday and throughout the year, your donation to the Franklin Land Trust supports our vital work of protecting and stewarding land in our region.

Thanks to two generous supporters, all gifts made before midnight on Tuesday, December 1 will be matched dollar-for-dollar up to $29,000. Donate today to double your impact!

You’ve played an important part in helping protect the places that make western Massachusetts home. Together, we can keep this momentum going—for the land we all love and the places that we hold so close to our hearts.

Be hopeful with us.
